Sean started in hospitality management, running gaming floors at some of Australia's largest casino venues, where he learned to lead big teams and read a room.
He then spent more than a decade in event marketing, filling seminar rooms across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Presenting is still his strongest skill.
Today he helps small businesses, especially trades, use AI to answer missed calls, follow up enquiries and win back time.
He grew up between Logan, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and still calls South East Queensland home.
